- Rating, Instagram, and app version
- Review ID, review date, review rating, and review text
- Author name and author image URL

I'm having to exit the player, go back to the details page, play the episode that was cut off, skip to the end and tap the hide option when the next episode pops up to finish watching the episodes. Originally they offered an amazing selection of free videos to choose from. Over the years the free selections have become less and less and now most stuff you need to buy, rent, pay to subscribe to a 3rd party or pay Amazon more money to have a little broader access. When I first started with Prime, it was wonderful. I could search and find nearly any movie that I wanted. Then I could watch it for free and commercial free. The rotation of available shows seems irregular, but the worst part is the browsing interface, constantly resetting you back to top of page, and often losing place. Honestly for me, I'm exhausted after browsing for a couple of minutes and heading over to another streaming service. If you have Prime, then this is good for giving you access to their own productions, but seems of limited use. | {"url":"https://play.google.com/store/apps/details/Prime_Video?id=com.amazon.avod.thirdpartyclient&hl=en_US"} | |

How It Works
The workflow requires only a Google Play Store app or game product page URL. Provide the URL, and ScrapeHero extracts the available reviews from that page.
- Copy the Google Play Store app or your game URL.
- Provide the URL to the ScrapeHero scraper.
- Run the extraction.
- Download the structured output in Excel, CSV, or JSON.
- Optionally connect Dropbox for recurring data storage.
Delivery and Scheduling
You can download extracted Google Play Store review data in Excel, CSV, or JSON formats. You can also link a cloud storage platform such as Dropbox to store the data.
For recurring collection, schedule automated crawls to deliver fresh data to Dropbox, AWS S3, Google Drive, or your application through an API. ScrapeHero supports hourly, daily, or weekly update schedules.

A Practical Use Case of ScrapeHero Cloud’s Google Play Store Review Scraper
A mobile app team can use ScrapeHero to monitor user feedback for its Android application. By providing the app’s Google Play Store URL and scheduling a daily crawl, the team can receive new reviews, ratings, review dates, app versions, and device details in JSON through an API.
For instance, a product team can filter low-rated reviews by app version to identify complaints tied to a recent release. It can also group reviews by text to identify recurring issues such as crashes, update problems, ads, or device-specific behavior. The Google Play Store Review scraper page includes fields for app version, device, review rating, review text, and review date, which support this type of analysis.
Why Choose ScrapeHero

Its main advantages for this specific task are:
- Extracts reviews from the Google Play Store using an app or game product page URL.
