They have also introduced KroGo shopping carts just like Amazon dash Carts that can be used as visual scanners. The cart gives shoppers a running subtotal of purchases as items are added, helping people stay on budget.

My Son recently moved to Owasso OKLAHOMA Since this is such a growing area in the Country why don’t you put a Kroger store in Oklahoma especially in the Tulsa Owasso area I believe your business would take a big boost if you incorporated some stores in this area of the country
Thanks Wendell.
Wish we could help but we dont have access to the decision makers at Kroger.
Please give them a call instead.

Is there a store in New Hampshire???
i’ve been shopping at kroger stores for several years and i was always extremely satisfied in fact whenever we were someplace that had kroger stores we never shopped anywhere else. the quality was exceptional and the employees were usually excellent. when we were told kroger was coming to florida i was very excited, though it’s delivery only and i do miss the face to face of an opened market. now for my thoughts on florida kroger options, i still appreciate the quality in the products we usually get, ihave issues with the “what we can get”. the store ad comes out and i make my order, i have NEVER gotten everything on my order. it doesn’t matter if i order first day or last day. this weeks order i’ve heard from several people i recommended the store to that the major reason for there orders weren’t available and that was day 1 of the order. the ad never said limited quantity, it’s still available to order too. i have placed my order twice a day every day since wednesday and it’s been cancelled every time. i contacted customer service and got nothing. we’re a delivery only state and we don’t get the options for rain checks on out of stock items, i don’t know why, we order ith a customer card and number why can’t we get rain checks on out of stock items just like every store offers. i tried to get a contact for the ceo and was told they didn’t know the name number or email. that was poorly done. i have friends i recommended kroger store to and have begun to regret that because they come to me with the same complaints, we can’t get what we order, is the main complaint. some have written off the store and have resumed shopping local because they can get what they need. will we, as a delivery store, ever get the courtesy of being able to obtain all of our order that’s advertised to us, will we ever get the courtesy of being able to get the things we want after the add expires when it’s been unavailable throughout the entire sales period. another problem we place an order for the listed sales time wednesday through tuesday but we can’t get our delivery until the next day, even though we placed our order wednesday at noon we don’t have the option to get that delivery same day so when it’s delivered the next day all of our sale priced items are charged without the sale price or available coupons, we can’t go to the store to shop and computers can be programmed to reflect time of order and price at that time even though the delivery is next day. your programmers can do that again since we don’t have the luxury of going into the store wednesday. my final issue, hen you place an order for delivery, since we have no other options, and your warehouse can not fulfill my complete order, in fact of the items i ordered only 1 item can be delivered. even though my full order was well over the $35. minimum order kroger couldn’t fulfill the entire order and i ended up with 1 single item i was charged a $9.95 delivery fee. very unfair. i made my order that was in excess of the minimum required, kroger couldn’t fulfill. that bit of information was in the information to sign up for a yearly delivery option. thanks for the hard lesson.
Go one step further. If you bought a Kroger brand bottled juice, and you live in Oregon, you might find you were charged .10c for the bottle return. Read the label and find that, Oregon does not appear on the list of bottle return states, so you paid a return fee on a return that you cannot collect. So, who keeps the unclaimed deposit? Most likely the distributor….and who distributes Kroger products? Kroger. Criminal. However, if you point out this fact to the cashier, they can remove the bottle return fee at the register. No way to rescind this fee if you shop online. Criminal, just criminal, deliberate theft of all who shop there.
