"review_text":"I'm stuck in a loop of it wanting to update but it says it's up to date and it just keeps doing this loop and I have literally tried everything to fix it. there has to be a miscommunication because there's a newer version of this app but I still have the old version on my car but my car is not updating to the new version."

"review_text":"For the most part, Amazon Prime Video is my favorite streaming platform; however neither the website nor the app has been cutting off the end of any and every episode I stream. I'm having to exit the player, go back to the details page, play the episode that was cut off, skip to the end and tap the hide option when the next episode pops up to finish watching the episodes. This is a completely arbitrary, time consuming and frustrating process that is completely unnecessary. I still love you guys."

"review_text":"For something that originated as a free benefit for Prime members this app has become less free & less benefit over the years. Originally they offered an amazing selection of free videos to choose from. Over the years the free selections have become less and less and now most stuff you need to buy, rent, pay to subscribe to a 3rd party or pay Amazon more money to have a little broader access. Now you watch unskippable ads on all the "free" movies you watch, or pay an extra fee to remove ads."

"review_text":"Charging more and delivering less. When I first started with Prime, it was wonderful. I could search and find nearly any movie that I wanted. Then I could watch it for free and commercial free. Now, just about every movie I want to watch is for sale or rent. The ones that are free to watch have commercials in them. I paid for this service to get rid of commercials and pay per view. I am thinking about dropping Prime Video because it is getting too expensive."

"review_text":"Decent, if often uninspiring line up of movies and tv, but the best stuff is usually their own productions. The rotation of available shows seems irregular, but the worst part is the browsing interface, constantly resetting you back to top of page, and often losing place. Honestly for me, I'm exhausted after browsing for a couple of minutes and heading over to another streaming service. If you have Prime, then this is good for giving you access to their own productions, but seems of limited use."

You find a film that piques your interest, you get settled in for the ride, then you get gobsmacked with ads. It's jarring, especially as you get invested in a good film. It's not enough that we're paying for this, only for amazon to double dip and get ad revenue. What's the point of me paying for something with ads? Don't be surprised when loyal customers start pirating their content..."
